Prepare Beforehand

• Keep an inventory of your stored items and keep it in a safe place at home or in a safe deposit box. 
  
• Use uniform size boxes for easy stacking. Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25 lbs. to 30 lbs. (it is best not to put too much in each box).
• List contents of boxes on all four sides; number the boxes; seal them with tape.
• Rent the smallest amount of space you need and pack the space full.
  

Packing Your Unit

• Plan your storage space. Place those items that you may need to access often in the front and allow for walkways if needed.
• Stack lighter boxes on top of heavier boxes.
• Tables having removable legs should be "broken down" to save space.
• Do not place heavy or sharp objects on top of upholstered furniture.
  

Don't Store Dangerous Items

Storing combustible or illegal items is never a good idea. Among the obvious, we please ask that you do not store:

• Paint thinner
  
• Gasoline
  
• Solvents
  
• Paint
  
• Propane
• Anything illegal

What is Expected of Me?

• Observe the rules. 
  
• Pay your rent on time.
  
• Be courteous.
  
• Drive 5 MPH or less on site.
  
• Don't block the driveways or other tenants.
  
• Don't be a messy tenant. 
  
• Obviously, no illegal activities.
  
• Be observant and notify the facility management if anything looks wrong to you.
